En este post les cuento como vivimos nuestra Galería de Arte con los niños de la clase de Pintura.
Mi compañera Estefania y yo decidimos hacer una mini exposición artística con los niños de pintura y sus representantes para cerrar el nivel.
Queríamos que los padres observaran los trabajos realizados por sus hijos y descubrieran el talento que habíamos ayudado a desarrollar y mejorar en las clases.
Así que días antes envíamos un comunicado por el grupo de Whatsapp extendiendo la invitación a los padres para el día Domingo y los niños practicaron su speach con Estefania unos días antes.

In this post I tell you how we lived our Art Gallery with the children of the Painting class.
My partner Estefania and I decided to make a mini art exhibition with the painting children and their representatives to close the level.
We wanted the parents to observe the work done by their children and discover the talent that we had helped to develop and improve in the classes.
So days before we sent a communication through the Whatsapp group extending the invitation to the parents for Sunday and the children practiced their speach with Estefania a few days before.
El día domingo llegó, yo comencé a arreglarme y salí con mi novio de casa como a las 3:30 p.m. Estefania ya estaba en la Academia acomodando el salón donde sería la Galería.
En el camino compre unos pepitos y unos refrescos para brindar un pequeño refrigerio a los padres y niños mientras se desarrollaba la actividad.
Al llegar a la academia comencé a organizar la mesa con las pinturas y dibujos de los niños.
Con la mesa lista decidimos acomodar un poco los banquitos para que los padres se sentaran y todos cómodamente pudiera observar a los niños mientras exponían.
Sunday arrived, I started to get ready and left the house with my boyfriend at about 3:30 pm. Estefania was already at the Academy setting up the room where the Gallery would be.
On the way I bought some pepitos and sodas to provide a little snack for the parents and children while the activity was taking place.
Upon arriving at the academy I began to set up the table with the children's paintings and drawings.
With the table ready we decided to arrange the benches so that the parents could sit and everyone could comfortably watch the children while they exhibited.
Los padres y niños comenzaron a llegar, todos súper emocionados.
Los niños estaban muy nerviosos por las palabras que tenían que decir pero, nosotras les brindábamos apoyo y confianza.
Decidí dar unas palabras de bienvenida y contarles a los padres lo que hemos vivido con sus hijos a lo largo de este Nivel.
Hicimos una Dinámica inicial donde los padres debían adivinar cuáles eran las pinturas de sus hijos, la mayoría no supo identificarlos y quedaron sorprendidos cuando les señalamos las pinturas de sus hijos.
Dimos una parte del refrigerio y los niños comenzaron a exponer.
El primero fue Enrique, explicó las técnicas usadas en sus pinturas y en que se había inspirado para hacerlas. Fue una exposición muy natural, sin filtros. Los padres aplaudieron y quedaron encantados con sus pinturas.
Parents and children began to arrive, all super excited.
The children were very nervous about the words they had to say, but we were very supportive and confident.
I decided to give a few words of welcome and tell the parents what we have experienced with their children throughout this Level.
We did an initial dynamic where the parents had to guess what their children's paintings were, most of them did not know how to identify them and were surprised when we pointed out their children's paintings.
We gave part of the snack and the children began to exhibit.
The first one was Enrique, he explained the techniques used in his paintings and what had inspired him to make them. It was a very natural exhibition, without filters. The parents applauded and were delighted with his paintings.
La segunda en exponer fue Nathalia, ella estaba nerviosa pero logró explicar sus pinturas.
Las pinturas de Nathalia eran paisajes y uno de ellos estaba realizado con tonos fríos. Este fue el favorito de todos, porque logró crear un hermoso paisaje nocturno.
Nathalia explicó muy bien su trabajo y su mamá y su abuela estaban super orgullosas y felices.
The second to exhibit was Nathalia, she was nervous but managed to explain her paintings.
Nathalia's paintings were landscapes and one of them was done with cold tones. This was everyone's favorite, because she managed to create a beautiful night landscape.
Nathalia explained her work very well and her mom and grandmother were super proud and happy.
El tercero fue Aaron, este alumno realizó dos pinturas una de ellas era un paisaje en tonos cálidos y la segunda era un ave la cual pinto usando únicamente líneas.
Aaron era el niño más nervioso, su papá lo ayudó con su exposición, le hacía preguntas acerca de sus dibujos, su clase favorita y lo que había aprendido a lo largo del curso.
Después de Aaron, era el turno de la más pequeña de la clase; Salomé.
Salomé estaba super preparada, había estudiado mucho para su exposición. Ella es una niña que cuando lo desea puede ser muy aplicada y tener excelentes resultados.
The third was Aaron, this student made two paintings, one of them was a landscape in warm tones and the second was a bird which he painted using only lines.
Aaron was the most nervous child, his dad helped him with his exhibition, asking him questions about his drawings, his favorite class and what he had learned throughout the course.
After Aaron, it was the turn of the youngest in the class; Salome.
Salome was super prepared, she had studied hard for her presentation. She is a girl who when she wants to can be very applied and have excellent results.
Al terminar las exposiciones los representantes dieron su opinión acerca del avance de los niños y lo que habían observado en la Galería.
Todos estaban realmente orgullosos de sus hijos e impactados por el talento que tienen.
Estefania al ser la maestra también dió unas palabras a los representantes y a sus alumnos.
Nos tomamos las fotos finales, los padres se tomaron fotos con sus hijos y el día finalizó. Todos comenzaron a retirarse super contentos y en la espera del inicio de clases.
Y, así fue nuestro día Domingo. Gracias por leer, hasta la próxima.
At the end of the exhibitions the representatives gave their opinion about the progress of the children and what they had observed in the Gallery.
Everyone was really proud of their children and impressed by the talent they have.
Estefania being the teacher also gave a few words to the representatives and her students.
We took the final pictures, parents took pictures with their children and the day ended. Everyone began to leave, super happy and looking forward to the start of classes.
