Please beware of BLIND LOYALTY
When you constantly give yourself entirely to someone, or, a group who doesn't care a bit about you, they will only care about taking advantage of the advantages you provide.
Don't allow yourself to be used.
Even when you're treated well by someone, or, a group, if you see better opportunities, leave, don't feel guilty about it. Always put yourself first.
You need to be conscious of the fact that if you cease to exist, that role can be replaced. Sometimes the quality could be hard to replace depending on your content but another personality will certainly stand in. In regards to this, leave when you see better opportunities. Put yourself first.
Guard against blind loyalty. Blind loyalty can consume your time, energy and emotion without any positive impact. Blind loyalty can get you stuck in one position without progress.
Leave if possible. But when you want to leave, leave amicably. Don't slam the door, shut the door gently, you may need to walk through that door someday.
Leave for better options.
