Pictures of seeds can be seen here and in alchemy seeds often appear in different contexts and according to some interpretations, it is closely linked to the chaos or the creative aspects of the earth. Seeds were also symbolically associated with transformation and were considered an important basis for life and also with mystical aspects of alchemy, seeds are closely linked and in old legends seeds appear and according to legends, you should throw seeds into the earth because they suspected that they could then become gold. This can be considered ambiguous and as an old branch of natural philosophy, the alchemists knew how important plants are for our earth and so plants can also be considered a metaphor for gold. Another view of some alchemists was that you should throw gold into the earth and this was also often associated with various processes in alchemy and the earth was also compared to the soul which must first be loosened so that the seed can rise and the spirit can work and this was also considered as a transformation and associated with some steps which were of great importance for the production of the philosopher's stone. The alchemists were of the opinion that nature is unfinished and does only a part of the work and the rest is dependent on the people and it was often the task of the alchemist to pick it and give them to the sick or to process them further and thus the work of nature was completed. Some plants or trees are also said to have once formed from the drops of blood and so it was assumed that roses were once drops of blood that fell to the ground and plants or trees were also often used as code names for metals or different work steps and through the right metaphors you could find the alchemical recipes in nature.
