and here is me all semi-prepped with tin cases of custard, soups and other bullshit that i can throw down my neck in fifteen minutes all smug like as the nukes started to hit. dammit, talk about getting nuclear blue balled.
so yeah, here we are, things are still just rattling along, everything changes but locally seems to stay the same. fate is a weird old mistress at times.
at least i've got the opportunity to fire machine gun like a half packet of mcvitties rich tea biscuits down my neck this morning. Nothing like having a hot beverage as you stare blankly out of the misty window across the fields supping at the coffee.
still enjoying the creative flow of ai-art. i'm not an artist, will never be (maybe piss artist) but i do feel empowered by creative tools. they can make me feel more confident to have a go, to play, to experiment, the details are not important, more like a rapid rinse and repeat, throw digital mud at the wall and see what sticks kinda collection of scripts and tools.
went for a good solid walk next to a body of water this morning, the river was flowing quite fast, pooling little water aberrations reminded my of the bog of eternal stench from the labyrinth. I think initially i messed up the walk, i was sure their was a connecting bridge but it never appeared so we had to walk a little further to connect with the other side.
Solid walk, solid breakfast, back and at the ranchio relaxio. It's quiet at the moment, probably will be this way now for the next three months, i'm trying to avoid christmas and new year, i'm just happy to get into next year, feel like it could be a big year, potentially one of much change, i know one thing i'm just flailing along here and i've got way more to offer with the right package and inspiration.
Something most definitely has shifted thou and i'm thankful for that, definitely less about survival and existing but getting out just to walk and exercise has made me fade from grey to a colour spectrum and feel like i'm out there living again. it's great actually. I think you can run on cryo-status for a while and not notice it only catching yourself in a wing mirror, glass fronted door or in that pre-activation mode while doing the teeth in front of a mirror.
i'd like to get back to more writing again. i think the ai-art generation really work with that, help me have a topic. Not having to make a thumbnail also, kind of a speed to it. I'd love for some kind of plugin for blogging where i can get it to "read" my post and auto generation some graphics for it -- that would be pretty fucking rad (giz some credit if you make it!)
Oh yeah, i forgot we have a new house plant. She is called "beverly" as in beverly crusher from star trek. No idea why but she's got a nice little string hanging basket and prime real estate in the kitchen. She's kinda in the way for cooking but i guess we are letting that slide.
We are nearly finishing up with "yellowstone" season four (we were late to the party) and boy oh boy has it gotten really good over the last two seasons. It's funny how content can make you want to go and experience that in the real world. I'd love to go and check out montana for instance. get my spuds on in idaho.
season five just dropped so we are nearly ready to get started on the new one, maybe we can slow down a bit so we have a handful of the new show to go out. So weird that it came out in 2018 but because of the pandemic i guess the filming/editing of that had to stop/change. Gonna be weird to catch up with the brand new season i bet.
Considering re-training for a new skill. Getting the itch, want to do something useful, important, relevant, that makes someones day. You know? less data/seo driven but something i can fall into bed at the end of the night and know i've done a good job and created some change, bent the needle a little.
