Yes, life is good. I appreciate your sense of urgency. That is much needed here. Keep in mind we all have off days so if you miss a day don't beat yourself up just begin again.

I am truly my own worst enemy it is a miracle I accomplished what I have :-D

    Thanks for the kind words :) I already missed a day or two but happy that I don't feel bad about it as there are many good things in my life going on right now that it's worth not stressing about it :)
