Financial intelligence's concepts

Financial intelligence is based on the following three concepts ( Robert Kiyosaki )

)1) Capital: something that puts money in your pocket.

Capital is not just real estate. Capital can also be your business, because it puts money into your account every month. Anything whose price is up-to-date and whose value does not decrease over time is capital.

Good capital is capital that is both worthwhile and generates money for you: such as renting a property, doing business, investing, and so on.

)2) Debt: something that takes money out of your pocket.

Debt is everything you have in life and it costs you more than income.
For example, your expensive car owes you money because it causes you to spend money on your account every month without having to spend money on it.

Other examples of debt are a house where you live and think it is an asset
Your home is a debt as long as you live in it because it withdraws and spends money from your bank account every month.

)3) Financial flow: It is precisely the determinant and differentiator of capital and debt

Cash flow is the outflow or outflow of money from or into your account. Where does the money come from in your account? How much? How to get out of it? Where is it spent? And …

As the opposite of capital is debt; The opposite of cash flow is the salary per month!

Salary on a monthly basis (employee life) is just a package of money that comes into life and is just like a dot, instead of continuing the financial flow cycle.

Unfortunately, traditional education does not prepare people to get rich, because the school focuses entirely on monthly salaries, savings and employment, while rich people do not hope to earn a lump sum (monthly salary) but to create a cash flow. Is.

These 3 concepts may seem difficult and incomprehensible to you or extremely simple and obvious.

In any case, just read them and from now on, whenever you want to spend money and buy goods, ask yourself, can buying this increase my cash flow? Or will it just reduce it? You will simply change how you spend and increase the cash flow in your life.
