Easy Baking: Lasagna

in #foodlast month

Good Morning!

Raining hard atm. Not April showers bring May flowers, as April was still snowing for us, but hopefully May showers bring tons of luck, esp 50 millions CAD lottery numbers come my way, maybe? 🤣 I always dream of winning, but ai always late in getting ticket. Every single damn time, I only remember whenever I read the news. Oh shit, yeah, it was yesterday. I missed it. Again and again, and again 😅 Story of my life 😁

I have a nice and easy lasagna recipe to share today. Lasagna is one of my boys favorite foods to have. The more cheese the merrier, for them. My lasagna almost never authentic as I never used ricotta cheese. The boys don't like ricotta in lasagna. So whenever we get frozen lasagna from supermarket or order lasagna at a restaurant, they would eat them, yes, but would protest much 😅 I also don't use chopped onion or garlic in my meat sauce. I have mentioned in my postings a few times before, how fussy my youngest is when it comes to onion appearance in his food 😅

In short, yes, it's not an authentic lasagna, but seriously delish. Give this recipe a try 😊

Lasagna is middle child's favourite XD J kind of makes it on request or whenever he remembers that we haven't had it for a while. Think the layers are a bit fiddly and that stuff just evaporates (okay so it's not the only stuff that evaporates,teenage boys x_x).

My goodness, something isnt right with hive. I didnt see this and the other replies of yours, but today!

If it's any consolation I've been doing a terrible job of keeping on top of replies too and the peakd notification thing is working perfectly fine ^_^;
