Easy Baking: Mini Quiche

in #food β€’ 16 days ago

Happy Saturday!

How's everyone doing today? When I woke up at 5 am earlier, it was sunny. Now at 8 am its cloudy. I was already so stoked πŸ˜… I woke up the family an H ago and told them "wakey, wakey, it's nice and sunny". Then I went to the kitchen to prepare them egg sandwich, and hadn't look outside again, until like a minute ago πŸ˜… Cloudy big time. It's May long weekend for us here in BC Canada. Normally for in Norther East BC, May long weekend equals to Snowy day. Maybe that's why it's cloudy now.

Hope your morning off to a good start! Mine did. Not just due to the sunny morning, but also because I was in contact with a seller to add more fairies to my collections. If you are a follower since 2017, you might remember this. I shared my fairy collections called My Little Kitchen Fairies back then 😊 There are at least 300 of them to complete, I am close to half way 😁

Anyways!

Today's recipe is mini quiche 😍
