La légende raconte qu’un vieil homme , aussi têtu qu’un mulet , a rallumé le feu à l’arrière de sa cabane délabrée . Il a dû d’abord sécher le bois qui avait pris la pluie la veille . C’était un peu comme essayer de faire cuire un steak dans une piscine , mais cela ne l’a pas arrêté .
Maintenant que le feu reprenait vie , il a ouvert son carnet , pour ce replonger dedans , que de souvenir et de secret à l'intérieur de ce dernier .
Dans ce carnet , il écrivait tous les secrets que les gens venaient lui confier , un peu comme un prêtre de campagne qui aurait troqué son confessionnal pour un carnet .
Mais avant d’écrire ces secrets dans son carnet , la légende est allée voir ses petites abeilles pour voir s’il y avait eu de nouvelles naissances . Il en avait maintenant 104 . C’était un peu comme s’il dirigeait une maternité pour abeilles , il aimais voir ses petites abeille batifoler et faire leurs vie dans leurs ruche , il aimais voir que la reine pondais toujours ses œufs , cela prouvais que tout allais bien .
La légende a ensuite commencé à laisser le miel aux abeilles de sa ruche , pour le récolter plus tard quand elles en auraient assez pour faire une bonne récolte . C’était un peu comme s’il leur laissait un buffet à volonté , sauf que le buffet était rempli de miel et non de petits fours .
Le vieil homme pouvait maintenant se concentrer sur ses petits secrets , qu’il a commencé à noter dans son petit carnet . C’était un peu comme s’il était un espion à la retraite qui avait troqué ses gadgets high-tech pour un stylo et un carnet . Et qui sait, peut-être que ces secrets étaient plus excitants que n’importe quelle mission d’espionnage !
Voici donc ce que la légende à écris dans son carnet ce jours là .
The legend tells of an old man, as stubborn as a mule, who rekindled the fire at the back of his dilapidated cabin. He first had to dry the wood that had been rained on the day before. It was a bit like trying to cook a steak in a swimming pool, but that didn’t stop him.
Now that the fire was coming back to life, he opened his notebook to dive back into it, full of memories and secrets. In this notebook, he wrote down all the secrets that people came to confide in him, a bit like a country priest who had traded his confessional for a notebook.
But before writing these secrets in his notebook, the legend went to see his little bees to see if there had been any new births. He now had 104. It was a bit like he was running a maternity ward for bees, he loved to see his little bees frolic and live their lives in their hive, he loved to see that the queen was still laying her eggs, it proved that everything was going well.
The legend then began to leave the honey to the bees in his hive, to harvest it later when they had enough to make a good harvest. It was a bit like he was leaving them an all-you-can-eat buffet, except that the buffet was filled with honey and not petits fours.
The old man could now focus on his little secrets, which he began to note in his little notebook. It was a bit like he was a retired spy who had traded his high-tech gadgets for a pen and a notebook. And who knows, maybe these secrets were more exciting than any spy mission!
