Since it resonates more with our feeling nature than just being present in a new environment then a new world can be found in an already existing one. It implies that perhaps we never quite fully experience the one we already have.
A new world can be felt and found in filling the current one with new advances that sensates adorations of that which doesn't need to have you outsourced.

Jolinda is Young Shelly's elder sister and could never understand why she's so open minded and cheerful especially when they just switched homes. For her Shelly's optimism means that she's too carefree for her own good.
