It was a sunny day in a small village, in the south western part of the country Nigeria, a day of celebration and jubilation, where the glimpse of the air could sense the joy in the earth and the breeze of the sea merry with that which emits from the earth crust.
Laudable noise everywhere, sounds playing skillfully, banquets in all restaurant and relaxation centers. WOW... it really a day to reckon with.
The country had just made a decision that was collective beyond the thought of history, the choice of the masses came into power by virtue of organized manipulation free election, where the people casted their votes and their print counted.
What a joy it was for the entire nation.
Ilumekun, a small village in the state of Osun, south western region in Nigeria, was also graced to have their first history breaking record of innovation that called the attention of not just towns or city nearby to the village also, the willingness of other states of the country to have a part in that remote village and get it modernized.
The joy of the day became glamorous in ilumekun as the interest of the European nation avail them the honor of a prime minister visiting their village to have a talk with the king of the village so as to have full knowledge of the invention and what the exact end product will look like, so they can assist them in getting it all done.
It was indeed a time to imprint in the heart of human.
