Tips for headaches and migraines.

I had migraines often as a teenager and never liked taking medicine unless i absolutely had to.

Take a hot bath and drink lots of water. If you have anything with vitamin b it helps a lot. Make sure you eat. Not eating enough can cause headaches and make them worse. It can be hard because headaches make it hard to eat but try to slowly eat.

Also massaging between your thumb and finger in a circular motion applying some pressure. Go one way (clockwise) for a minute then go the other direction (counter clockwise) for another minute then do your other hand and continue going back and forth on hands until your headache eases.
Its a pressure point i was taught when i was a teenager and had a lot of migraines. It does help a lot.

Also if you have a heating pad try to lay down with it under your neck and shoulders. Like put it on your pillow.

Your feet also have lots of pressure points for different spots on your body so if you can sit and massage them it does help also.

If you have any type of massager it is good to use heat for 10-15 minutes before using because the heat helps loosen the knots. If you dont have a heating pad a hot wet washcloth can also help.

Which is another thing. Use a hot wet washcloth. Wet it hot but not too hot. Lay down placing it on your forehead. Try to also have it going onto the part between your eyes and temples.

Softly rubbing your temples can help. Rubbing clockwise then counter clockwise. Just dont apply too much pressure.

Rubbing the part on your nose can help. Using a pinching motion, applying pressure and rubbing in a circular motion.

These tips may already be known but if they can help anyone I am happy to post.
