Mi hijo ha agarrado un amor por la cocina y de vez en cuando me llega diciendo "mami, quiero hacer la cena" o "me provoca cocinar la comida de hoy.
Ha ido aprendiendo con el tiempo porque me ayuda cuando estoy cocinando y poco a poco le he ido explicando para que pueda agregar conocimientos sobre los modos de cocción y la combinación de sabores.
Esta vez quería hacer unos panes rellenos para la cena, así que luego de una larga travesía por las tiendas para encontrarlos (ya era muy tarde y las panaderías habían cerrado) se puso manos a la obra en la cocina.

Luego picó tomates y tenía reservadas la salsa de tomate y mostaza para agregar a los panes.

A mi la verdad me alegra mucho que a mi hijo le guste la cocina. Dice que cuando grande quiere ser chef y yo por supuesto lo apoyaré en todo el proceso para que pueda cumplir sus sueños.
Es una gran profesión, llena de muchas variantes y aventuras. Creo que su amor por la cocina viene porque ve que yo me disfruto mucho cocinar cosas nuevas y además por los cursos en los que he participado.
La gastronomía es un mundo mágico y cuando tenga la edad requerida lo inscribiré en un curso para que comience su camino al éxito. ♥

I am really happy that my son likes cooking. He says that when he grows up he wants to be a chef and of course I will support him in the whole process so he can fulfill his dreams.
It is a great profession, full of many variations and adventures. I think his love for cooking comes because he sees that I enjoy cooking new things and also because of the courses I have participated in.
Gastronomy is a magical world and when he is old enough I will enroll him in a course to start him on his way to success. ♥
