Hace unos días en mi aula docente tomamos como iniciativa y también porque nos hacía mucha ilusión, visitar algún preuniversitario de nuestra ciudad con el objetivo de reunirnos con la mayor cantidad posible de estudiantes que en estos momentos cursen el duodécimo grado, con la intención de orientarlos respecto a la carrera que estamos cursando.

Además allí no solo podríamos hablarles de las ciencias jurídicas, hablaríamos también de la vida universitaria y todo lo que ello incluye.

El día elegido fue hoy, a las 9:00 de la mañana debíamos estar entrando por el centro escolar. Acordamos en nuestra aula los que decidimos asistir, que nos dividiríamos en dos grupos ya que esa era la información que nos habían dado cuando hacíamos las gestiones. Antes de entrar nos tomamos la primera foto, la primera muestra de eso tan lindo que estábamos a punto de hacer y que tan emocionante parecía.

In the end we didn't have to split up, all eight of us went in together in the first group we were oriented to. Abordamos los temas relacionados con nuestra carrera, las asignaturas que allí nos imparten, las características de los profesores, los horarios, las actividades e iniciativas que realizamos. Les hablamos, y fue algo que les llamó mucho la atención, de la vinculación que oportunamente ofrece nuestra carrera a los centro Jurídicos relacionados, a la Fiscalía, al Tribunal, al Bufete de Abogados, dónde la práctica se fusiona con la teoría es mucho más rico el aprendizaje.

En un segundo grupo abordamos nuevamente estos temas, estos muchachos se animaron también a hacernos preguntas, no solo de la carrera, también de las recreaciones que ofrece comúnmente la universidad, y de algunas dudas sobre el escalafón y el promedio aproximado que debe tenerse para poder obtener la carrera.

Para finalizar y fomentar así la participación de los estudiantes, acordamos recoger las firmas de todos en un cartel con logo que representa al Departamento de Derecho, que llevamos. Y claramente después hicimos una foto final con todos lo que desearon sumarse. La verdad fue una experiencia muy bonita tanto para ellos, como para nosotros. Esta fue la primera de las tantas ideas que tenemos y que pretendemos cumplir, todas así de emocionantes y divertidas. Hoy fui muy feliz.

To conclude and thus encourage student participation, we agreed to collect everyone's signatures on a poster with a logo representing the Law Department, which we carried. And clearly afterwards we took a final photo with all those who wished to join us. It was a very nice experience both for them and for us. This was the first of many ideas that we have and that we intend to fulfill, all of them so exciting and fun. I was very happy today.

Que momento tan bonito y necesario para los estudiantes de 12 grado, que como es normal, tienen muchas dudas y no saben que les espera en la universidad. En algún momento a mi también me tocó hacer esto, fui por los municipios con otros profesores de la universidad y cada uno le hablábamos a los alumnos de nuestras carreras para que tuvieran más claridad a la hora de elegir. Iniciativas como estas son muy buenas, te felicito por ser partícipe 🤗

Interesante esta iniciativa, nada como llevarle la posibilidad de comprender una opción más a seguir en sus vidas, en esa edad aún no se sabe lo que se quiere, que vallan ustedes y les comenten sobre sus experiencias pues es una gran ayuda.
Así mismo, fue el objetivo desde el primer momento, siempre es bienvenida ese tipo de ayuda

Esa es una gran experiencia además de un noble acto. He participado en ese tipo de actividades y es gratificante ver a los estudiantes interesarse por la Carrera que les vas a presentar.
La verdad es que sí, en estos tiempos creo que eso es algo muy bueno, la orientación vocacional se ha ido perdiendo un poco y rescatarla es de los objetivos más imprescindibles
