A creative idea appeared to one of the residents of a remote village. During this pandemic, thanks to a brilliant idea from Mr. Warsito, he succeeded in creating a simple assembled car from a 36 PK Jiandong diesel engine into a rice processing car that was beneficial to the poor in Karang Rejo Village.
Rice is a staple food for Indonesian people, on average village farmers grow rice for rice needs for their respective families.
Every harvest season, hundreds of kilograms of rice are obtained by farmers, the rice must be processed into rice before being cooked into rice.
That problem made Mr. Warsito think of creating a machine that can process rice without having to be done manually by humans.
Armed with knowledge as a welder and also learning it from YouTube, Mr. Warsito and I started making rice processing machines with a used machine that I bought from someone else.
Lack of funds made us have to buy used materials in order to buy every component needed, one of the most important components is the dynamo to be able to move the car.
Other materials needed to make this machine complete are the machines used in the rice milling service industry, namely a husk/husk breaking machine, a grain separator and skin-crushed rice, a milling machine or bleaching machine, a multilevel sifter machine, The material is relatively easy to work with because we just need to install it according to the manual.
The assembly of the body and frame of the car was carried out at Mr. Warsito's workshop by relying on scrap metal, the engine is like a car because it has wheels, and also rims and tires, but all of them are used goods.
The obstacle we found was that the car could not be used to go backwards, and the sound emitted by the diesel engine was very noisy.
Although there are still some problems with the rice milling machine, the existence of this machine is very much expected by the villagers who live below the poverty line on average, every day Mr. Warsito serves residents who need his services from door to door.
