Good day to you all, I'm not an expert in cooking although I have managed to make a pretty good presentation with fries and it came out delicious and magnificently presented.

french fries with cooked cheese white bachamelle sauce
The preparation:
- 1 Slice the potatoes
- 2 put them to rest in cold water for at least an hour
- 3 Rinse them carefully
- 4 Heat oil for 5 minutes
- 5 Place them bake on paper towels and sprinkle immediately with salt
