體重 Weight
很多人都說體重不是很重要。不管胖瘦，只要對自己有信心就好。這我也同意。可是，三個月前我的體重增到了我從來沒那麼胖的程度，如果再胖下去，衣服都穿不下，攀岩也攀不上，跑步也跑不動，所以還是得減肥。

之前說過，在BMI到正常(83公斤)之前，每次寫Hive體重都要減少。時間過得很快，2024年已經到五月了。年底之前能到83公斤嗎?還很難說，但走一步算一步。
在外面吃什麼
因為我現在不能隨便亂吃東西了，而普通人在外面點餐可能都點些蛋糕啦，薯條啦，汽水之類的東西，我幾乎都不吃。而這是我昨天在餐廳點的東西。
這是微辣版的Tom yum Soup(冬陰功湯), 基本上就是蔬菜湯，加了些豆腐，香菇等。吃完了也就飽了，份量剛好，又很便宜(才澳幣$9.90, 而在澳洲一道菜通常都要$20以上)。
吃完飯後跟朋友下象棋。最近我把象棋帶到了一個桌游社交團，教澳洲朋友們下象棋。有些朋友回家後拚命練習想贏我。但在這圖上看到，我只損失了一個炮，但把他的棋子幾乎都吃光了。
新電腦 part 2
上篇文章中提到我透過網路買了台新電腦。現在電腦寄過來了，這個影片給大家看我開箱把電腦拿出來看，並介紹了一下殼子有什麼特色，比如說有個玻璃門，很容易打開來換裡面的東西，挺cool的。因為這個電腦沒有顯示卡，所以還要把顯示卡裝到電腦裡，才有辦法打開來用。
