在澳洲的聖誕夜，家家戶戶都在吃豐盛的大餐，跟家人團聚，看有關聖誕節的電影。
我已經來澳洲22年了，大家可能認為我很融入澳洲社會。但是我平常沒有吃晚餐的習慣，晚上健身完後就回家洗澡睡覺。到了聖誕夜，我還是照常去健身房。
我去的健身房在一個小購物中心內。停車場一部車都沒有。因為絕大多數人都在家裡，也沒有店開門，除了這間24小時的健身房還開著。
進去健身房後，發現裡面一個人都沒有。雖然外面沒車，但本來以為可能裡面還是有一兩個人走路來，結果沒有。就我一個人的背包擺在櫃子裡。
在沒人的情況下健身其實也不錯。通常在健身房會遇到朋友，聊聊天就耽誤到了運動。今晚就不用擔心這個。
不管什麼事情，要進步就得做得比別人勤快。因為我常來健身，半年的時間內，杠铃后蹲也從60公斤進步到了100公斤。
