¡Hola nuevamente a todos en Hive y comunidad de Geekzone!. Vengo en recomendaciòn de gr33nm4ster.
Hoy quiero compartirles un poco de mi experiencia en el YUCATÁN I6, el evento de tecnología más grande de toda la península de México. El año pasado asistí por primera vez gracias a la solicitud de mi universidad, y desde entonces, esperaba con ansias esta nueva edición. Este evento es realmente importante, ya que aborda los últimos avances tecnológicos de una manera atractiva y práctica para los jóvenes.
En este post, les mostraré algunas fotos de lo que viví hoy y les daré una breve explicación de cada aspecto destacado del evento. ¡Espero que disfruten este recorrido por la vanguardia tecnológica en YUCATÁN I6!

Hello again to everyone in Hive and Geekzone community! I come on the recommendation of gr33nm4ster.
Today I want to share with you a little bit of my experience at YUCATAN I6, the largest technology event in the entire Mexican peninsula. Last year I attended for the first time thanks to my university's request, and since then, I was looking forward to this new edition. This event is really important, as it addresses the latest technological advances in an attractive and practical way for young people.
In this post, I will show you some pictures of what I experienced today and give you a brief explanation of each highlight of the event. I hope you enjoy this tour of the technological vanguard at YUCATAN I6!
To begin with I show you a photograph of me with a filter applied by a real time camera, specifically designed with aspects of the Mayan culture.

ROBÓTICA
Quisiera compartir con ustedes un fascinante vistazo al mundo de la robótica, ya que representa uno de los avances más revolucionarios de nuestra época. Es evidente que cada vez es más común ver robots y prototipos que están siendo entrenados para desempeñar diversas tareas en lugar de los humanos. Durante el primer día del YUCATÁN I6, tuve la oportunidad de presenciar algunos de estos avances, en particular en el stand de mi universidad donde exhibían un brazo robótico.
Este brazo era capaz de manipular dados y objetos con una precisión impresionante, destacando como un invento con un potencial enorme. Imaginen cómo esta tecnología podría aplicarse en el campo de la medicina, permitiendo realizar procedimientos con una precisión perfecta, algo que solo una máquina podría lograr.
Además la Anahuac Mayab presentó un Robot con IA con la cual podias mantener una conversacion basica, y Steren exhibia un gran robot que daba la bienvenida a quienes iban entrando.

ROBOTICS
I would like to share with you a fascinating glimpse into the world of robotics, as it represents one of the most revolutionary advances of our time. It is evident that it is becoming more and more common to see robots and prototypes being trained to perform various tasks in place of humans. During the first day of YUCATAN I6, I had the opportunity to witness some of these advances, particularly at my university's booth where they were exhibiting a robotic arm.
This arm was capable of manipulating dice and objects with impressive precision, standing out as an invention with enormous potential. Imagine how this technology could be applied in the medical field, allowing to perform procedures with perfect precision, something that only a machine could achieve.
In addition, Anahuac Mayab presented a Robot with AI with which you could have a basic conversation, and Steren exhibited a large robot that welcomed those who were entering.

CIBERSEGURIDAD
Como sabrán, actualmente estoy estudiando Ciberseguridad, y cada año la Ciberseguridad en YUCATÁN I6 es uno de los temas principales. Había un stand muy grande donde se llevaba a cabo una competencia de "CAPTURE THE FLAG", en la cual dos equipos compiten por capturar banderas dentro de un sistema para obtener puntos y ser el ganador del año. Me encantaría formar parte de un equipo el próximo año; sin duda, debo prepararme mucho para ello.

CYBERSEGURITY
I As you may know, I am currently studying Cybersecurity, and every year Cybersecurity at YUCATAN I6 is one of the main topics. There was a very large booth where a “CAPTURE THE FLAG” competition was taking place, in which two teams compete to capture flags within a system to score points and be the winner of the year. I would love to be part of a team next year; I certainly have to prepare a lot for it.

ANIMACIÓN DIGITAL
Este año, en YUCATÁN I6, se hizo mucho énfasis en la animación digital. Tuve el privilegio de estar presente en la conferencia de un animador digital muy conocido que seguramente ustedes conocen: Cruz Contreras. Pueden buscarlo de la misma forma en sus redes sociales. Cruz Contreras fue el presentador de una conferencia titulada "Tejiendo el SpiderVerse", donde compartió su experiencia como animador de cabello y ropa en las películas de Spiderman Miles Morales. Fue una conferencia sumamente interesante, ya que destacó por qué esta película representa un verdadero hito en la animación digital. Habló sobre el increíble diseño y los detalles que contribuyeron a la realización de esta gran película.
Como dato curioso, la última película de SpiderMan, "Across The Spiderverse", es la única en la historia que, debido a su estilo único de animación, tiene el mismo sello que los cómics por su estilo, haciendo que al verla sea prácticamente como estar leyendo un cómic.
Además de esta conferencia, en un stand del evento había un modelo exhibiendo un traje de detección de movimiento conectado a un renderizador que replicaba sus movimientos en tiempo real. Esta exhibición destacó la integración de la tecnología de detección de movimiento en el mundo de la animación y el cine, mostrando cómo los avances tecnológicos están transformando la forma en que se crea y se presenta la animación digital.

DIGITAL ANIMATION
This year, at YUCATAN I6, there was a lot of emphasis on digital animation. I had the privilege of being present at the conference of a very well known digital animator that you surely know: Cruz Contreras. You can look him up in the same way in his social networks. Cruz Contreras was the presenter of a lecture entitled “Weaving the SpiderVerse”, where he shared his experience as a hair and clothing animator in the Spiderman Miles Morales movies. It was an extremely interesting lecture, as he highlighted why this movie represents a true milestone in digital animation. He talked about the incredible design and details that contributed to the making of this great movie.
As a curious fact, the latest SpiderMan movie, “Across The Spiderverse”, is the only one in history that, due to its unique animation style, has the same stamp as the comics for its style, making watching it practically like reading a comic book.
In addition to this lecture, at a booth at the event there was a model exhibiting a motion sensing suit connected to a renderer that replicated its movements in real time. This exhibit highlighted the integration of motion sensing technology into the world of animation and film, showing how technological advances are transforming the way digital animation is created and presented.

Esto fue un breve vistazo a mi experiencia en el primer día del evento de tecnología más grande de la península de México. Sin duda, vale mucho la pena asistir a este tipo de eventos, ya que proporcionan una visión única de las últimas tendencias y avances en tecnología. This was a brief glimpse of my experience on the first day of the largest technology event on the Mexican peninsula. Without a doubt, these types of events are well worth attending, as they provide a unique insight into the latest trends and advances in technology.
