Hoy fuera tu cumpleaños hermana bella
Saludos y bendiciones mis amigos de @family-friends, feliz viernes, ya falta poco para el Día de las Madres, un día de alegrías y sentimientos encontrados, felizmente tengo a mi madre a mi lado y puedo disfrutar con ella este día, pero algo que nos llena de nostalgia es la falta de mi hermana Karen, que justo cumpliera años por esta fechas y no la podemos abrazar, pero sí recordar con amor.
Hoy 10 de mayo, fuera su cumpleaños número 38, hace 4 años, murió a unos días de cumplir para cumplir sus 34, por eso hace días le hicimos su rosario en casa en su honor.
Mi hermana tenía ese espíritu alegre, le gustaba ser esa chispa que iluminaba las fiestas en casa, echaba chistes de los que todos nos reíamos, hablaba hasta por los codos, en carretera era como un radio loco, nadie se dormía con sus cuentos.
Tenía una memoria, como no la tenemos ninguno en casa, se acordaba de todos los cumpleaños, fechas patrias, acontecimientos importantes y los no tanto, si querías saber algo se lo preguntábamos y siempre tenía una respuesta, pila demás, la abogada de la familia, carrera que por cierto estudio por pocos semestres con bastante sacrificio, porque hizo hasta lo imposible para pagar una universidad privada para estudiar lo que quería.
Mi hermana fue una guerrera, un cáncer de mamá la atacó a sus 32 años y a los 33, ya después de sufrir tanto, aguantar lo inaguantable, con una sonrisa en la cara, perdió la batalla.
Recuerdo que en su primera quimioterapia, al empezar a caer su cabello, ella misma se rapó la cabeza, fue tanto su entereza, esa vez unos primos también se raparon en su honor.
Pero bueno, aquí quiero resaltar lo divertida que era mi hermana y cuando se hacían fiesta en casa ella era una de las que se las ingeniaba para que todos nos las pasáramos de lo mejor y si era de montarse en la mesa y bailar y cantar al estilo Shakira ella lo hacía.
Hoy como siempre la recuerdo con mucho amor y espero que en el cielo estén de fiesta celebrando su cumpleaños al lado de mi papá y mi hermano y todos nuestros seres queridos, esa es la esperanza que nos queda a los que nos quedamos.

My sister was a warrior, a mother's cancer attacked her at the age of 32 and at 33, after suffering so much, enduring the unbearable, with a smile on her face, she lost the battle.
I remember that during her first chemotherapy, when her hair started to fall out, she shaved her own head, she was so brave, that time some of her cousins also shaved their heads in her honor.
But well, here I want to emphasize how much fun my sister was and when there was a party at home she was one of those who managed to make sure we all had a great time and if it was to get on the table and dance and sing Shakira style, she did it.
Today as always I remember her with much love and I hope that in heaven she is celebrating her birthday with my dad and my brother and all our loved ones, that is the hope that remains for those of us who are left behind.
