Mis compañeros residentes y algunos especialistas fuimos invitados al laboratorio arcoiris. Este Laboratorio se encarga de fabricar fármacos basados en plantas medicinales o animales es decir de origen natural
En el mercado tienen varios productos como son: estin, colágeno, centellasan, Omega 3, berro, magnesio, entre otros
La visita fue hecha el sábado que no coincidiera con la jornada laboral, en el mismo nos dieron primero una charla sobre la empresa y el proceso de producción desde la importación de la materia prima oel cuidado de la plantación si es cosechada en el país, hasta el traslado a la fábrica, creación del producto por las distintas fases hasta la entrega final en el departamento de ventas y distribución
Un proceso bastante elaborado dónde en cada fase debe estar supervisado y con un control de calidad muy minucioso para evitar el máximo de riesgo posible. Y lo impresionante es que en cada etapa hay personal y maquinaria para esa vigilancia y luego otro control de calidad ya que si no es aprobada no pasa a la siguiente fase
Luego de la echarlas fuimos al recorrido por alguna de las fases, en el cual debíamos recogernos el cabello y nos facilitaron uno gorrito y cubrebotas para realizar el mismo y entrar dentro de las instalaciones
En el recorrido pudimos ver cómo elaboran las cápsulas, necesitando personal obrero y maquinaria para el mismo. Dónde la rueda la coloca y quita la persona pero la máquina se encarga de vaciar el contenido en las cápsulas.
En otra fase podemos ver la cantidad de cápsulas incorporadas en el frasco de manera automático pero hay otra persona que luego vacía el contenido del frasco en un capsulero y luego vuelve a vaciar en el frasco.
Otra de las fases es el etiquetado de cada frasco para finalmente ser almacenado y luego transportado
Hay otras fases pero algunas personas no fueron ese día para ver esos departamentos como otras fases no las hacen en ese sitio, sin embargo pudimos observar muchos de los procesos
Luego del recorrido tuvimos un pequeño compartir con pasta seca, pasapalos salados, café y jugo. Y luego de ello el agradecimiento y un pequeño obsequio que nos dieron a cada uno.
El obsequio es un bolso reciclable y adentro un cooler, lapicero, un taquito de papel, un calendario y un frasco de magnesio con 10 cápsulas.
Súper encantada con la atención y la amabilidad de todo el personal que nos recibió de verdad fue algo distinto y quedamos muy Agradecidos por la invitación

My fellow residents and some specialists were invited to the rainbow laboratory. This Laboratory is responsible for manufacturing drugs based on medicinal plants or animals, that is, of natural origin.
They have several products on the market such as: estin, collagen, centellasan, Omega 3, watercress, magnesium, among others.
The visit was made on Saturday, which did not coincide with the working day, during which they first gave us a talk about the company and the production process from the import of raw materials or the care of the plantation if it is harvested in the country, until transfer to the factory, creation of the product through the different phases until final delivery to the sales and distribution department
A fairly elaborate process where each phase must be supervised and with very thorough quality control to avoid as much risk as possible. And the impressive thing is that at each stage there are personnel and machinery for this surveillance and then another quality control since if it is not approved it does not go to the next phase.
After casting them, we went on a tour of one of the phases, in which we had to tie up our hair and they provided us with a hat and shoe covers to do so and enter the facilities.
On the tour we were able to see how they make the capsules, needing workers and machinery for it. Where the wheel is placed and removed by the person but the machine is responsible for emptying the content into the capsules.
In another phase we can see the number of capsules incorporated into the bottle automatically but there is another person who then empties the contents of the bottle into a capsule holder and then empties it again into the bottle.
Another phase is the labeling of each bottle to finally be stored and then transported.
There are other phases but some people did not go that day to see those departments as other phases are not done at that site, however we were able to observe many of the processes
After the tour we had a small sharing with dry pasta, salty pastries, coffee and juice. And after that the thanks and a small gift that they gave each of us.
The gift is a recyclable bag and inside a cooler, pen, a small piece of paper, a calendar and a magnesium bottle with 10 capsules.
Super delighted with the attention and kindness of all the staff who welcomed us, it was truly something different and we were very grateful for the invitation.
