Hola, comunidad de Hive, espero que estén bien. El día de ayer fui al torneo final de fútbol de mi primo. Mis dos primos siempre han estado interesados en el fútbol y juegan desde que tienen memoria. Aunque soy extremadamente cercana a ellos, nunca había ido a verlos jugar en un partido o práctica. Pero uno de mis primos tenía un partido muy importante para él y su selección al cual me había invitado, así que quise ir a verlo jugar.
Mi primo, cuyo nombre es Luis, tenía práctica en Ciudad Vinotinto antes del partido. Lo fuimos a buscar para ir al lugar y teníamos que llegar temprano. Antes de ellos, estaba jugando otro equipo de niños que probablemente tenían entre 8 a 10 años de edad, o eso creo. El lugar estaba más o menos lleno porque había un partido. Había varios asientos disponibles, pero como eran las 4 p. m., el sol nos daba directamente en los brazos.
Si no me equivoco, los niños pequeños ganaron 1-0. Luego comenzó el partido de mi primo. El lugar estaba tenso por la intriga de quién iba a ganar. A mi derecha estaba la familia del equipo contrario y a mi izquierda, la familia y amigos cercanos del equipo de mi primo. No soy una persona a la que le interese mucho el fútbol, así que pueden imaginarse mi cara mientras ellos jugaban y yo no entendía nada.
Hubo mucho conflicto entre los padres de los jugadores de los dos equipos, principalmente del equipo contrario. Cuando alentábamos al equipo de mi primo, los padres del equipo contrario abucheaban. Pero a mí me causaba gracia porque al final ganó el equipo de mi primo.
Durante el partido, el padre de mis primos llegó y se sentó con nosotros. Para ese entonces, el sol ya había bajado y no nos molestaba tanto. Luego de haber ganado, le dieron unas medallas a cada jugador de los dos equipos y dos premios. El premio del ganador era un balón de fútbol. A pesar de que no entendí mucho, estuvo muy bueno el partido y me gustaría volver a ver un partido de mis primos otro día. ¡Hasta aquí el post de hoy, nos vemos muy pronto, Hivers!
Soccer Day
Hello Hive community, I hope you're doing well. Yesterday, I attended the final soccer tournament of my cousin. Both of my cousins have always been interested in soccer, playing since they could remember. Although I am extremely close to them, I had never gone to watch them play in a game or practice. However, one of my cousins had a very important match for him and his team, to which I was invited, so I decided to go and watch him play.
My cousin, whose name is Luis, had practice in Ciudad Vinotinto before the game. We went to pick him up to head to the venue and had to arrive early. Before their game, another team of children, probably between 8 to 10 years old, was playing, or so I believe. The place was somewhat full because there was a match taking place. There were several seats available, but since it was 4 p.m., the sun was shining directly on our arms.
If I'm not mistaken, the little kids won 1-0. Then, my cousin's game started. The atmosphere was tense with the intrigue of who would win. To my right was the family of the opposing team, and to my left were our family and close friends of my cousin's team. I'm not someone who's much interested in soccer, so you can imagine my face as they played and I understood nothing.
There was a lot of conflict between the parents of the players from both teams, especially from the opposing team. When we cheered for my cousin's team, the parents of the opposing team booed. But I found it amusing because, in the end, my cousin's team won.
During the match, my cousins' father arrived and sat with us. By then, the sun had already set and wasn’t bothering us as much. After winning, they gave medals to each player from both teams and two prizes. The winner's prize was a soccer ball. Even though I didn't understand much, the game was very enjoyable, and I would like to watch another game of my cousins some other day. That’s all for today's post; see you soon, Hivers!
