Saludos amigos de SWC, hoy fue otro día en el que practiqué freestyle, últimamente estoy muy enfocado en mejorar mi freestyle y sacar nuevos trucos entonces para eso necesito mucha resistencia, al acabar hoy mi entrenamiento de freestyle aproveche para hacer una leve rutina de básicos ya que eso me ayuda a tener mucha más fuerza y mucha más resistencia a la hora de hacer movimientos dinámicos, realicé algunas dominadas, muscle ups, flexiones y fondos, también pueden hacer esta rutina si desean para que las hagan en sus entrenamientos 💪🏻.
