Saludos amigos de SWC, El día de hoy vengo a compartir con ustedes una rutina de entrenamiento básico para que puedan dar comienzo ha su camino para conseguir sus progresiones de plancha, esto lo pueden realizar desde la comodidad de sus hogares, pensé más que todo en esas personas que no tienen cerca un parque de calistenia Street workout cerca de su localidad o esas persona que no disponen de mucho tiempo pero aún así quieren alcanzar esta meta. Los siguientes ejercicios realizados son mayormente para esas persona que no tienen los implementos necesarios como lo son: mini paralelas, bandas elásticas, alfombras entre otros recursos.
