I recently got injured riding my bike on my way to a route to do my sporting activity to burn some calories, sometimes things happen without warning like this. I was pedalling on my bike and one of my tyres had little air in it and when I was pedalling I needed to use force and this meant that when I got up to go faster I fell into a small hole in the rubber and my wrist would generate a movement that would prevent my wrist from moving without being able to use force.
But this would not be an excuse to look for another way to advance, so I decided to focus on other trainings where I avoid the discomfort of my hand with a bandage to avoid a bad movement and thus be able to perform all kinds of exercises that are in pulls... So there is no reason to stop there are other things to continue if we are not in the mood for a level injury there are different muscles that are waiting for you to be trained ....
