Thanks so much for sharing these thoughts. I feel like these challenges of facing one's ego is an intentional daily practice, as much as it is to truly listen and discern where others are coming from. Taking that level of interest in others allows us to more deeply invest in relationships around us and set appropriate boundaries to protect ourselves from people who would otherwise drain us or try to pull us down.
I haven't been around here long (or consistently lately), but I really appreciate what you do in creating community and space for people's voices. Much love and respect!
