Pepper plants is an interesting part of both agriculture and the food we eat with different dishes all over the world containing at least a touch of this spice, I have a had close contacts with pepper spice plant since I was a kid with my family annually cultivating this crop because of how important it was to our diet.
Pepper is a spice which comes in different varieties, shapes and sizes the dominance of each variety depends on the people residing in that parts of the country with different cultures having a particular bias to one kind of pepper fruit the bell pepper is the most common pepper variety in my region it is large bell shaped variety that has a particular taste that is not common with most other pepper varieties it could be green, red or orange in color i have seen the green and red varieties but not the orange one I just actually found out that it existed which is quite funny😀 there are several other varieties with some that are extremely hot like the ghost pepper.
There are many stages during pepper fruit production like flowering stage, pollination stage and formation of pepper stage right now the pepper is just at the flowering stage and there is still a long way from when the fruits will start producing.
Until then i have to continue providing the pepper plant with the best possible condition that it needs.
