Galletas de Chocolate con Chispas de Chocolate Blanco / White Chocolate Chip Chocolate Chip Cookies

Un afectuoso saludo a toda la comunidad de Foodies Bee Hive. En esta ocasión galletas de chocolate con chispas de chocolate blanco, las galletas de chispas, pero invertidas y con un toque de licor de naranja, espero que sean de su agrado.

Ingredientes

  • 3 y 3/4 tazas de harina de trigo leudante
  • 1 y 2/3 tazas de azúcar
  • 200 gr de mantequilla o margarina
  • 1/4 taza de cacao en polvo
  • 1 cucharadita de esencia de vainilla
  • 2 huevos
  • 1 chorrito de licor de naranja
  • 1 taza de nueces picadas
  • 1 taza de chispas de chocolate blanco

Ingredients

  • 3 and 3/4 cups leavened wheat flour
  • 1 and 2/3 cups of sugar
  • 200 gr butter or margarine
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 dash of orange liqueur
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

Paso 1

Pondremos la margarina o mantequilla y el azúcar en el bol de la batidora y batiremos hasta que blanquee, luego agregaremos la vainilla y los dos huevos, continuaremos batiendo e incorporaremos la harina de a una parte por vez, procurando que se mezcle bien, finalmente agregaremos las nueces, chispas y el chorrito de licor, finalmente envolveremos la mezcla en papel film o una bolsa plástica y refrigeraremos por al menos una hora, antes de preparar las galletas.

Paso 2

Pasado el tiempo de refrigeración, tomaremos pequeños trozos de masa y haremos bolitas de como dos o tres centímetros de diámetro que colocaremos en una bandeja para horno cubierta por papel encerado o una manta de silicona, dejaremos al menos cinco centímetros entre bolita y bolita y luego llevaremos al horno, precalentado a 170 °C, durante unos 15 minutos.
