So basic meal prep to help me save some time. I grabbed celery salt instead of the garlic salt. untitled.gif So no measurements, just taste as you go/feel.

The reason on this post is sharing knowledge on turmeric. It's part of the ginger family. Its color is what is seen in mustard and curries, a vivid yellow. Which I really like.

Antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties can help with diseases in which inflammation plays a role. Others cite it helping in memory. From arthritis to heart disease, people of the East swear by it.

One of the pics show it with black pepper. Studies show that pepper has piperine, which helps the body absorb the tumeric greatly.
