Greetings and welcome here on a beautiful Sunday. Lets continue from the from last post. I showed my mother the results and comments from the previous post. She smiled at first until i should her @millycf1976 post. Her face lit up and she excitedly said something gibberish " Halop tuk tuftre".. now first calm down .. my mom didnt say that, that just me pressing random letters. My mom speaks Tagalog and a few other dialects with English .. now me im only fluent in two languages , English and Kitchen Spanish. I cant have a conversarion ro save my life if needed but i can ya that your plate dish looks like the results of your mother had relationship with a goat, eh Cabròn ? But that just kitchen life before HR took over the world. So i could only rapport with " Ayyy Siggey?¡" Mom ill tell her you said hi ok, heh.

So she said whats next.. Soni thought and i relized.. stay in familiar waters. We all been to a China Wok/( insert your town variant name here) buffet and had teriyaki checken before. Its so derful and delicious, its smoothly goes with anything. Add some honey, boom! Add some citrus like orange, banger! It evens plays well as a spicy rendering. The soy for saltyness dances with the mirin sweetness. It just cant go wrong.

Peaches is a southern/country staple especially here in Georgia. A great fruit with tons of benefits:

Ok, makes since... but limes? Well teriyaki does go well with citrus but if we did it in the style of tart.. contrasts of the bitterness and the sugary fruit complement very tasty on pork.

Oh.. more seeds for my mom garden. Because im the best son eeeeeeevah? ( shout to Chris Jericho ❤️

) While true, i did this next part because some cute sounding Twitch ASMR princess mention how she like that. So blind me try to get some awkward photos of my moms garden and be all green thumbish.. which im not and only happens when im pulling lots of parsley off the stem.

Now ifi could have added or changed anything.. it would be add about half a cup of brown sugar. The molasses would bring a great punch to this palate.

Enjoy and remember Life Tastes Great!

That's the first thing you do when starting cooking. Without that, there's no cooking in my book.
