Good day!

Today is a special day because I cooked a very special dish for my family. The dish is called "Chicken Soup with Papaya and Moringa Leaves. This dish is special because the Papaya, Moringa, and Green Pepper that I used in this dish came from the vegetable garden of my husband. Another reason why this dish is special is because this is a healthy and very nutritious dish. Papaya and Moringa are known to be as nutritious as chicken too!

It is always satisfying to think that I am cooking vegetables that we grew in our own backyard. Also, cooking freshly picked vegetables is a lot tastier than those that aren't. The cooking time for this dish is about 15-20 minutes because the Papaya needs a little bit of time to become tender.

It is important to cook the papaya in its exact tender state, an exactly tender papaya is the best for this dish not a too tender papaya.

Ingredients

  • Chicken (600 grams)
  • Papaya (750 grams)
  • Moringa (50 grams)
  • Onion (small, 2 pieces)
  • Ginger (10 grams)
