Today I bring you with me on a culinary experience.
A place called Saikou Ramen & Sushi has recently opened in Bologna, my city. The place, actually, has existed for years, but only recently has it changed management and started cooking the famous Japanese soup: Ramen.
The funny thing is that the place was completely decorated with a Naruto theme. My boyfriend is a big fan of this animated series and so, as soon as I learned of the existence of this place, I organized a lunch.

Oggi vi porto con me a fare un’esperienza culinaria.
Ha da poco aperto a Bologna, la mia città, un locale che si chiama Saikou Ramen & Sushi. Il locale, in realtà, esiste da anni, ma solo recentemente ha cambiato gestione e ha iniziato a cucinare la famosa zuppa giapponese: il Ramen.
La cosa divertente è che il locale è stato arredato completamente a tema Naruto. Il mio fidanzato è un grande fan di questa serie animata e, quindi, appena ho saputo dell’esistenza di questo locale, ho organizzato un pranzo.
For me it was love at first sight! Ramen is a complete dish, as it involves the presence of broth (meat, fish or vegetable), wheat spaghetti (noodles) and garnishes of your choice such as seaweed, corn, pork, tofu, prawns, ...
In particular, I ordered a version called "Tonyu yasai ramen" with noodles, yellow soy broth, marinated bamboo, grilled tofu, corn, bean sprouts and fried onions. Simply delicious!
In conclusion, I really enjoyed this dining experience at the Saikou Ramen & Sushi Japanese restaurant and I think we will definitely return on some other occasion.

Per me è stato amore a prima vista! Il ramen è un piatto completo, in quanto prevede la presenza di brodo (di carne, di pesce o di verdura), spaghetti di frumento (noodles) e guarnizioni a piacere come alghe marine, mais, maiale, tofu, gamberi, …
In particolare, io ho ordinato una versione che si chiama “Tonyu yasai ramen” con noodles, brodo di soia gialla, bamboo marinato, tofu grigliato, mais, germogli di soia e cipolle fritte. Delizioso!
In conclusione, questa esperienza culinaria presso il ristorante giapponese Saikou Ramen & Sushi mi è piaciuta molto e penso che ci torneremo sicuramente in qualche altra occasione.
