Saludos mis queridos amigos de Foodies Bee Hive, es un placer para mi estar nuevamente con todos ustedes. El día de hoy les traigo un delicioso Dip de Cebolla Caramelizada, desde hace tiempo la queria hacer porque la cebolla caramelizada es de esas preparaciones donde yo quedo pidiendo mas, y lo mejor es que no tiene azúcar añadida. Es muy fácil de hacer, a continuación te muestro el paso a paso para su preparación.

Greetings my dear friends of Foodies Bee Hive, it is a pleasure for me to be with all of you again. Today I bring you a delicious Caramelized Onion Dip, I wanted to make it for a long time because caramelized onion is one of those preparations where I keep asking for more, and the best thing is that it does not have added sugar. It is very easy to do, below I show you the step by step for its preparation.

Ingredientes:

• 2 cebollas blancas
• 175 gramos de mayonesa
• 2 cucharaditas de vinagre de manzana
• 2 cucharadas de aceite
• 2 cucharaditas de ajo molido
•1/2 cucharadita de sal
• 5 hojas de perejil

Ingredients:

• 2 white onions
• 175 grams of mayonnaise
• 2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar
• 2 tablespoons of oil
• 2 teaspoons of minced garlic
•1/2 teaspoon salt
• 5 parsley leaves

Preparación:

Preparation:

Vamos a iniciar nuestra preparación lavando, pelando y cortando nuestras cebollas en rodajas.

We are going to start our preparation by washing, peeling and cutting our onions into slices.

Seguidamente colocamos una sartén al fuego, añadimos el aceite, luego incorporamos las cebollas, la sal y el vinagre de manzana. Dejamos cocinar a fuego medio, sin dejar de remover.

Next we put a pan on the fire, add the oil, then add the onions, salt and apple cider vinegar. Let cook over medium heat, without stirring.

Al pasar los minutos vemos como empiezan a dorar nuestras cebollas. Bajamos el fuego y seguimos cocinando. Al pasar los minutos se ponen mas doradas, cocinamos hasta que esten completamente doradas. Y ya nuestras cebollas estan caramelizadas, les confieso que queda con un sabor exquisito.

As the minutes pass we see how our onions begin to brown. Lower the heat and continue cooking. As the minutes go by they get more golden, we cook until they are completely golden. And since our onions are caramelized, I confess that it remains with an exquisite flavor.

Una vez que estan listas nuestras cebollas incorporamos a la licuadora la mayonesa, el ajo molido, las hojas de perejil y por ultimo las cebollas caramelizadas.

Once our onions are ready, add the mayonnaise, the ground garlic, the parsley leaves and finally the caramelized onions to the blender.

Después licuamos muy bien, hasta que la preparación este cremosa y la cebolla no se sienta con grumos en la mezcla.

Then we blend very well, until the preparation is creamy and the onion does not feel lumpy in the mixture.

Ahora vertemos la preparación en un envase. Y ya podemos disfrutar del sabor de este delicioso Dip de Cebolla Caramelizada.

Now we will see the preparation in a container. And now we can enjoy the taste of this delicious Caramelized Onion Dip.
