Do u like ice cream? Oh yeah, almost everyone likes it, and me too! :D
But we've to go out to buy it, right? Or maybe... should we wait for the ice cream truck to buy it?
Well, actually ice cream will taste better and healthier if we make it ourselves at home. But, doesn't that need a lot of ingredients? It can be difficult to make. Don't worry, cuz i have a simple homemade ice cream recipe. I've made the "Chilcuits Ice Cream". U know what? I didn't get this recipe from anyone, it's just popped in my mind. And i also made that silly name, hahaha, it's based on the main ingredients. Cheese, milk, and biscuits, formed into the name "Chilcuits". Yep, 3 main ingredients. So it's simple and easy to make at home. Okay, let's get to the recipe.
- 10 pieces of Marie biscuits or wheat biscuits
- 26 grams of Milk powder
- 2 small cubes of Cheddar cheese (25 grams)
- Hot water
Prepare all the ingredients. Put the biscuits in a bowl.
Crush the biscuits.
Prepare a glass. Pour the milk powder into it. Add hot water and stir well.
Pour the milk into the bowl of biscuits.
Stir gently while pressing until they're mixed well and look like mush.
Grate 1 cube of cheddar cheese. Add to the biscuit bowl. Stir well.
Let it cool down for a while if it's still hot.
Then, place it in the refrigerator/freezer. Freeze for 2-4 hours, or depending on ur refrigerator.
After that, take it outta the freezer.
Grate another cube of cheese and decorate it as u want. I decorated it with biscuits and wafers.
And finally, the Chilcuits ice cream is ready to serve!
Ooh... It looks soft and sweet. Hmmm... Yummy!
