Guys do u like pasta? Cuz i think i'm gonna give u a pasta recipe. I really forgot when the last time i post about pasta dishes. Or maybe i never post about it at all?
Ok, let's see... What about the street food? This street food is common in the area where i live. This food is called "Maklor", but if u speak English u can call it "Scrambled eggs with macaroni". Cuz the main ingredients are macaroni and eggs (in Indonesian, Maklor = Makaroni & telur). And the way to make it is really easy and simple. However, i just modified it a bit. I'm 100% sure u can try this recipe too!
Ok, i don't wanna waste ur time reading my unimportant words, so let's go to the recipe!
- 70 gr of dry macaronis
- An egg
- 30 ml of oyster sauce
- 30 gr of cheddar cheese
- A pinch of salt
- 2 tbsp of cooking oil
- Chopped celery
- Slices of carrot (garnish)
First, prepare all the ingredients. Boil the dry macaronis for 10 minutes.
While boiling the macaronis, break the egg into a bowl. Add a pinch of salt and beat it.
After 10 minutes, take the macaroni and drain them. Then put them in a bowl.
Heat the cooking oil on a frying pan.
Pour the macaroni and stir them.
Pour the egg mixture and stir it with macaroni like the way u make the scrambled egg.
Then add the oyster sauce and stir well.
After that, put them into a plate.
Sprinkle with chopped celery.
Grate the cheddar cheese and add it into the scrambled eggs.
Add the slices of carrot as garnish.
Well done! The scrambled egg with macaroni is ready! It's so easy, right?

This is new and unique to me, I never thought that macaroni and egg combination existed. If it is also a street foods then it is widely known in your place. The ingredients is not that hard to find too. I think I can try this 🤔
