It’s been a while since I had Thai food, so I gave Boraan Siam Thai Restaurant another try. Pad Thai is my go-to dish whenever I dine at a Thai restaurant. I like the complexity of the flavor and taste that Boraan Siam makes with their Pad Thai.
It may seem that the prawns are the dominating topping and flavor of this dish but the one that I taste the most is the Thai sausage. It was chopped into tiny pieces which makes it less obvious than the prawns but the taste is stronger than the rest.
I like the prawns that they put as toppings. There are 3 of them and it’s all very tasty.
The noodles is another ingredient in this dish that I also enjoy. It’s springy and chewy which is the kind of texture that I like to a noodle dish.
The noodles has a nice texture that I like but it’s the sauce that gave it the delicious taste. Thai sauce is something that only a Thai chef can create a good one. I just can visualize the taste because it felt like I never had this kind of taste before, it’s a unique experience.
A good food and ambience is a good deal considering that it’s only worth around S$9. I think they made the dishes affordable but it’s actually worth more than it’s price. It’s a good value for money.
