Globetrotting with Wraps: How to eat well anywhere you roam 😋

Hello Hive and hello to all food lovers!

When we set off on an adventure in our van on a whim, we're seeking the thrill of the journey more than anything. Therefore, the idea of spending more than 30 minutes cooking doesn't thrill us much.

Thus, our favorite recipes on the road often involve wraps. Here's one of those recipes:




Let's start with the list of ingredients:

  • Dry-cured ham;
  • Cherry tomatoes;
  • Green salad;
  • Mozzarella;
  • Wheat tortillas;
  • Olive oil.

Start by slicing the mozzarella.

Once this is done, we have all the ingredients and just need to assemble everything!

To do this, slice a tortilla from the center to the edge:



In the first quarter of the tortilla, place the mozzarella:

Slice the tomatoes lengthwise and place them in the second quarter:





And finish by adding the salad and ham to the last quarters:



Now only the folding step remains:





Repeat with as many wraps as you want to eat (you little foodies):



Then, in a frying pan, add a bit of olive oil and heat your wraps for 2 to 3 minutes on each side:



All we had was a small gas stove, but it's more than enough!





Once it's ready, serve with a seasoned salad, and it's ready to eat!

Salut Hive et bonjour à tous les amateurs de bonne cuisine !

Lorsque nous partons à l'aventure en fourgon sur un coup de tête, nous recherchons l'excitation du voyage plus que tout. De ce fait, l'idée de passer plus de 30 minutes à cuisiner ne nous enchante pas plus que ça.

Ainsi, nos recettes préférées en vadrouille sont souvent à base de wraps. Voici d'ailleurs une de ces recettes :




Commençons avec la présentation des ingrédients :

  • Jambon sec ;
  • Tomates cerise ;
  • Salade verte ;
  • Mozzarella ;
  • Tortillas de blé ;
  • Huile d'olive.

Commencez par couper en tranches la mozzarella.

Une fois ceci fait, nous avons déjà tous les ingrédient et il ne nous reste plus qu'à tout assembler !

Pour ce faire, entaillez avec un couteau une galette du milieu à sa circonférence :



Dans le premier quart de la galette, mettez la mozzarella :

Coupez les tomates dans leur longueur et mettez-les dans le second quart :





Et finissez pas mettre la salade et le jambon dans les derniers quarts :



Il reste maintenant uniquement l'étape du pliage :





Répétez avec autant de wraps que vous souhaitez manger (bande de petits gourmands) :



Puis, dans une poêle, mettez un peu d'huile d'olive et faire chauffer vos wraps 2 à 3 minutes de chaque côté :



Sous la main, nous n'avions qu'un petit réchaud gaz, mais ça suffit largement !




Une fois que c'est prêt, servez avec une salade assaisonnée, et c'est prêt !
