Wow, I am glad to see this cooking process. I have try this similar recipe ones times at my relatives house. The flavor was really off, it tasted like orange juice in the worst way possible because I add lime as I want to make something different. The balance between sweet and salty is way off kilter, the dish basically tasted like something with a hint of unspecified savory. But I am sure your food must gonna be so delicious.
