HELLO HIVE FRIENDS! I missed you a lot. Today I have for you this amazing and yummy recipe for one of my favorite Venezuelan breads, ¡Cheese bread! The cheese bread is a delicious Venezuelan bread, which is prepared at home or can be bought in many bakeries.

¡HOLA MIS AMIGOS DE HIVE! Los extrañé mucho. Hoy tengo para ustedes esta increíble y deliciosa receta de uno de mis panes venezolanos favoritos, ¡Pan de queso! El pan de queso es un delicioso pan venezolano, que se prepara en casa o se puede comprar en muchas panaderías.

Cheese bread it’s a bread filled with crunchy or melted cheese, it can be eaten as a snack or any hour of the day. I really love to eat it as a snack with coffee with milk. It’s delicious.
One thing you may not have known about me is that I love making bread with all my soul, it is one of my greatest passions and I would love to do it every day of my life so I really hope you like this post and recipe and try to make it at your house. You will not regret it.

El pan de queso es un pan relleno de queso crujiente o derretido, se puede comer como merienda o en cualquier momento del día. Me encanta comerlo en las tardes con café con leche. Es delicioso.
Una cosa que quizás no sabías de mí es que me encanta hacer pan con toda mi alma, es una de mis mayores pasiones y me encantaría hacerlo todos los días de mi vida así que de verdad espero que te guste este post e intentes hacerlo en tu casa. No te arrepentirás.

Recipe/Receta
Ingredients

Bread/Pan:
Flour/Harina 1200gr
Sugar/Azucar 180gr
Milk/Leche 500ml / 50gr powder
Salt/Sal 20gr
Yeast/Levadura 25gr
Vanilla/Vainilla
2 eggs/huevos
Butter/mantequilla 100gr
For the filling/Para el relleno:
½ kilo of cheese cut into slices/ Medio kilo de queso en rodajas.
1 package of bacon/Un paquete de tocineta (Optional/Opcional)

Mix the yeast with water and the teaspoon of sugar and let it rest for 10 minutes to rise.

Mezclar la levadura con el agua y la cucharadita de azúcar y dejar reposar 10 minutos para que suba.

Then add the remaining sugar, salt, and eggs one by one. Add the butter, the milk and finally the flour, continuing to mix.

Luego agregue el azúcar restante, la sal y los huevos uno por uno. Agrega la mantequilla, la leche y finalmente la harina, sin dejar de mezclar.

Let stand about 5 minutes and then knead on a floured smooth surface. Cover with a cloth and let it sit again for 45 minutes.

Deje reposar unos 5 minutos y luego amase sobre una superficie lisa enharinada. Cubrir con un paño y dejar reposar nuevamente durante 45 minutos.

Divide the dough into two parts and roll the parts out with the rolling pin until each one is about 1 centimeter thick.

Divida la masa en dos partes y extienda las partes con el rodillo hasta que cada una tenga aproximadamente 1 centímetro de grosor.

Preheat the oven to the indicated temperature.

Precalienta el horno a la temperatura indicada.

With a brush, paint the surface of the dough with oil, then distribute half of the cheese and the bacon. Repeat with the remaining dough.

Con un pincel, pinte la superficie de la masa con aceite, luego distribuya la mitad del queso y el tocino. Repita con la masa restante.

Roll up the dough, close the bread, glaze with the whipped yolk and leave to rest for 30 minutes.

Enrollar la masa, cerrar el pan, glasear con la yema batida y dejar reposar 30 minutos.

Puncture the bread on the surface and bake the indicated time.

Pincha el pan en la superficie y hornea el tiempo indicado.

And thats all! Our delicious cheese bread is ready
