Expressing gratitude and offering apologies are fundamental aspects of life. Unfortunately, not everyone uses these words which can lead to confusion and misunderstandings. Without investment in marketing, new ideas and effort, Mr. Jamil managed to receive a response within two hours, something he couldn't achieve in 30 days.
