Hola mis queridos foodies, hoy vengo con una nueva receta; para todos los amantes del brócoli o para aquellos que quieren comer esta deliciosa y nutritiva verdura de una manera diferente, les comparto esta fácil idea de pastel de brócoli.

Lo bueno es que no se necesitan tantos ingredientes ni tampoco ser un experto en la cocina.

Hello my dear foodies, today I come with a new recipe; for all broccoli lovers or for those who want to eat this delicious and nutritious vegetable in a different way, I share with you this easy broccoli cake idea.

The good thing is that you don't need so many ingredients and you don't need to be an expert in the kitchen.


Ahora sí comencemos con los ingredientes:

1 ramo o cabeza de brócoli

1/2 cebolla blanca o morada

1 diente de ajo

5 huevos pequeños

2 cucharadas de yogurt griego sin azúcar

2 cucharadas de aceite vegetal

4 cucharadas de queso parmesano rallado

4 rebanadas de queso mozzarella (10 gr aproximadamente)

2 cucharadas de sal

1/2 cucharada de ajo en polvo

1/2 cucharada de cebolla en polvo

1/4 cucharada de pimienta molida

Now let's start with the ingredients:

1 broccoli floret or head of broccoli

1/2 white or purple onion

1 clove of garlic

5 small eggs

2 tablespoons unsweetened Greek yogurt

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

4 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese

4 slices of mozzarella cheese (about 10 gr)

2 tablespoons salt

1/2 tablespoon garlic powder

1/2 tablespoon onion powder

1/4 tablespoon ground pepper



Preparación:

Picamos el brócoli que debe estar previamente lavado y lo llevamos a hervir en una olla con agua y 1 cucharada de sal, dejamos calentar durante 10 minutos, luego apaga, escurre y deja enfriar.

Picamos la cebolla en tiras o juliana y el ajo en cuadritos pequeños, luego sofreímos con una cucharada de aceite, cuando estén dorados agregamos el brócoli, revolvemos todo y apagamos.

Ahora es momento de mezclar los huevos en un bowl junto con la otra cucharada de sal y el yogurt, luego llevamos la mezcla del brócoli al refractario, antes si quieres puedes poner papel manteca o cubrir con un chorrito de aceite en la base para evitar que se pegue el pastel.

Por último, agrega la mezcla de los huevos, pon el pedacitos de queso mozzarella por toda la superficie y espolvorea el queso parmesano, lleva al horno que debe estar precalentado y hornea durante 35 minutos a 180 C° o hasta que esté dorado.

Saca del horno con mucho cuidado de no quedarte y sirve tu pastel de brócoli con lo que más te guste.

We chop the onion into strips or julienne and garlic into small squares, then fry with a tablespoon of oil, when they are golden brown add the broccoli, stir everything and turn off.

Now it is time to mix the eggs in a bowl with the other tablespoon of salt and the yogurt, then we take the broccoli mixture to the baking dish, before if you want you can put butter paper or cover with a drizzle of oil on the base to prevent the cake from sticking.

Finally, add the egg mixture, put the mozzarella cheese pieces all over the surface and sprinkle the Parmesan cheese, take it to the oven which should be preheated and bake it for 35 minutes at 180 C° or until it is golden brown.

Remove from the oven with great care not to stay and serve your broccoli pie with whatever you like.
