No this was a special episode they had to come out with when CBB was first aired in Japan....
Cuz of the nature of the show (too violent lol), the show was heavily altered to only 13 episodes rather than 26. So they came out with this "compilation" to show the tv stations what Cowboy Bebop was truly about.
