Small habit change to create happiness!

Happiness can be created. I guess you already heard about it many times and maybe you even successfully doing it. But there's something much more helpful than just creating the big happy picture. And that is creating small happiness. You know, these small things actually add up and in the end, make us happy. And if we talk about creating some positive change, some small habits; I sure you can relate and make this add more in your life.

Let's see how daily small habits can bring more happiness to our life!

  • Do something good every day.

Maybe a little appreciation, maybe waking up early, maybe a good laugh with your partner, or maybe something else which can make you and others happy. It's not anything big deal but this gradually adds up and turns into our habit. This is what we need.

  • Don't lash back.

If you feel like arguing, don't. If you are feeling like doing self-harm, don't. This little habit of change can make a big difference. Sometimes we need to understand that withdrawing us from certain things is for our own good.

We have to understand that changing ourselves overnight is not a possible thing. We better work on doing something positive every day and incorporate something on a daily basis so it can finally make a good result. Small habit change is the best thing that can bring happiness. Because if you only work on your long term happiness goal and don't enjoy present moments, you may miss life. These little changes in life bring 'extra' in life and thus make us happy.
