So I finally got to see our beach lot and our beach after 5 years. Unfortunatelly we need to sell our beach lot, since we need the money to start a business here in El Salvador.
We were thinking of putting a store and build a rental house but we would need a lot of money to build it all and we would have to move to the beach and live there since it is quite far from where we live. Not too far, but it takes an hour and half to get to the beach.
So the only option we have is to sell the beach lot, which we had since 2012.
We have about 18 coconut trees on it and one mango tree. The coconuts are absolutely beautiful and delicious. Last few years the trees were packed with coconuts.
Unfortunately right now the trees don't have many coconuts on it, because of us not being there and taking care of our lot (it's a long story, so I don't want to get to it), but within few months the trees should be packed with coconuts again.

Absolutely beautiful and my son snd husband said that they were the best coconuts, so tasty.
Two years ago there was only one house that was build near our property ( two houses with our house which got washed by the river in 2011 ), but now all the lits around us are sold and a beautiful huge beach houses are build and more are getting build.
There are not many lots left anymore on our side of the beach. So it's really sad to get rid of our beach lot now, since right now this beach is one of the most beautiful beaches with new and beautiful huge houses. Plus it is a private beach with security, so most people can't enter this beach.
Our lot is one lot away from the ocean. There is a lot in front of us that is right infront of the ocean, so it takes us a minute or two to walk to the beach.

The road from highway to the beach is also getting fixed, which is very nice, since it wasn't a very smooth road before.

Owning a beach isn’t a small amount of money. I really wish you don’t even sell it but I can understand that you wish to start a business in El Salvador and I wish you the best
We also wish that we didn't have to sell it, especially right now that this beach is upgrading and all these new beautitul houses are getting build, and the whole part of this beach is looking so beautiful and rich, but we need to do what we need to do.
And only God knows if it will sell or if we need to keep it, since it is a huge blessing from God.
