I feel like that last rule is present in every community I'm in XD (definitely in the ones I moderate, though Home Edders one doesn't state it as such because it's supposed to be family friendly XD)

Unfortunately it is needed far too often in the communities - but I have had it as a rule for a very long time :D
I do have to wonder though, do the people that the rule would apply to realise that they're who the rule is made for/aimed at?
I would assume not. But perhaps, it reminds others to be on the lookout too.
