CERDITO TEJIDO A CROCHET.

Hola a todos. Espero que estén muy bien el día de hoy. Según leí en algunas páginas este cerdito se llama Eladio, realmente no sé a cual de tantas animaciones pertenece, pero una amiga mostró su creación y enseguida me enamoré.

La semana pasada recibimos mi hermana y yo una docena de hilos de crochet que pedimos por mercado libre, cada ovillo tiene 100 gramos, nos los dividimos para obtener 50 gramos por color cada una de nosotras. Este color con el que tejí el cerdito lo pedimos pensando que podía ser más claro. Entonces ya que me encantó tanto el cerdito decidí usarlo para estrenarme el primer color.

Si hay algo en la vida que me emociona mucho es estrenar. En ese aspecto mi niño interior sigue más vivo que nunca. Soy feliz cada vez que adquiero cualquier cosa. En estos días compré una base para colador de tela y me emocioné muchísimo. Es algo tan común en otras casas venezolanas, pero yo nunca había querido comprar uno. Ahora ya tengo el mío ☕ lo que me hace sentir más deseos de hacer café por las mañanas. Así soy con todo. Imagínense cuánto quisiera tejer con estos ovillos que tengo nuevos.

Este día me levanté con deseos de tejer algo nuevo, hace años tejí un modelo de cerdito de pie que me fascinó también, solo que aquel lo tejí con pabilos, el hilo era blanco, después que lo tejí lo pinté todo con maquillaje (rubor para las mejillas) y para ese entonces no tenía ojitos de ningún tipo. Creo que le coloqué la cabeza de los alfileres para simular los ojos. Aún lo conservo.

Este nuevo modelo me gustó tanto porque lo imaginé llegando en Navidad a la casa de la pollita blanca con sus tres hijitos; el pollito azul y los dos amarillos. ¡No estaría mal invitar a otros amiguitos! ¿Ustedes que opinan?

Luego de hacer el café ☕ me senté a a tejer, me pareció que podía tejerlo en poco tiempo. Acerqué mi laptop a la mesa de trabajo, elegí un vídeo musical con los éxitos de nuestro querido Simón Díaz y empecé a tejer. Siempre me levanto muy temprano, me encanta sentir el frío de la mañana y el silencio que lo acompaña.

Me costó un poco ya que este hilo lo sentí algo áspero, a pesar de ser delgado tuve que irme adaptando a medida que fui tejiendo. Algunas piezas, como las patas y orejas no me quedaron del mismo tamaño, tal vez porque tejía a veces un poco suelto y otro apretado. Yo creo que sí tejo dos o tres amigurumis mas con este hilo le iré agarrando la 😎 onda ja ja ja. (El teclado me arrojo ese emoticón).

Estoy muy contenta. No es la primera vez que tejo con acrílicos. Cuando retomé el tejido usé hilos de algodón casi siempre ya que los tenía guardados sin usar, pero entre ellos había pocas cantidades de acrílico y con ellos tejí muchos proyectos, todos pequeños por supuesto. Tejer con algodón es lo máximo, pero es un hilo bastante costoso que usaría solo si todo lo que tejiera tuviera venta. Por eso siempre me ven tejiendo con pabilos porque es más económico, lo más importante es que yo teja y me mantenga ocupada.

Lo que si les digo es que estoy muy satisfecha, estoy activada todo el día; veo tutoriales, comparto en los LIVE con otras tejedoras, hablo de tejido con mi hermana y por si fuera poco hace unos días estuve en una Masterclass que me encantó.

Este cerdito lo tejí con el hilo acrílico colombiano que recién compré, usé un gancho de crochet de 1,60mm, por dentro le coloqué algodón tipo guata, los ojos son de seguridad. Los puntos básicos del crochet nos permiten realizar hermosos amigurumis y muy fáciles de hacer. La diferencia entre este y algunos otros que he tejido es que varias de sus partes las inicié con 7puntos bajos y no con 6pb como acostumbro. Me encantó todo el proceso y me tarde casi 3 horas solo tejiéndolo.

CROCHET PIG.

Hello everyone. I hope you are doing very well today. According to what I read in some pages this piggy is called Eladio, I really don't know which of the many animations it belongs to, but a friend of mine showed her creation and I immediately fell in love with it.

Last week my sister and I received a dozen of crochet yarns that we ordered through free market, each ball has 100 grams, we divided them to get 50 grams per color each one of us. This color that I knitted the piggy we ordered it thinking that it could be lighter. So since I loved the piggy so much I decided to use it to debut my first color.

If there's one thing in life I get really excited about, it's premiering. In that respect my inner child is still more alive than ever. I am happy every time I acquire anything. These days I bought a fabric strainer base and I was so excited. It is something so common in other Venezuelan homes, but I had never wanted to buy one. Now I already have mine ☕ which makes me feel more like making coffee in the mornings. That's how I am with everything. Imagine how much I'd like to knit with these balls I have new ones.

This day I woke up wanting to knit something new, years ago I knitted a standing piggy pattern that fascinated me too, only that one I knitted with wicks, the yarn was white, after I knitted it I painted it all with makeup (blush for the cheeks) and by that time it didn't have little eyes of any kind. I think I put the head of the pins on it to simulate the eyes. I still have it.

I liked this new model so much because I imagined him arriving at Christmas at the white chick's house with his three little children; the blue chick and the two yellow ones. It wouldn't be bad to invite other little friends! What do you think?

After making coffee ☕ I sat down to knit, it seemed to me that I could knit it in no time. I brought my laptop close to the work table, chose a music video with the hits of our beloved Simón Díaz and started knitting. I always get up very early, I love to feel the cold of the morning and the silence that accompanies it.

It took me a while because this yarn felt a little rough, even though it is thin, I had to adapt as I was knitting. Some pieces, such as the legs and ears, were not the same size, maybe because sometimes I knitted a little loose and sometimes a little tight. I think that if I knit two or three more amigurumis with this yarn I'll get the 😎 vibe ha ha ha ha. (The keyboard threw me that emoticon).

I am very happy. This is not the first time I knit with acrylics. When I took up knitting again I used cotton yarns most of the time as I had them in storage unused, but among them there were few amounts of acrylics and with them I knitted many projects, all small of course. Knitting with cotton is the ultimate, but it is a rather expensive yarn that I would use only if everything I knitted had a sale. That's why you always see me knitting with wicks because it's more economical, the most important thing is that I knit and keep myself busy.

What I do tell you is that I am very satisfied, I am active all day; I watch tutorials, I share in the LIVE with other knitters, I talk about knitting with my sister and if that wasn't enough a few days ago I was in a Masterclass that I loved.

I knitted this piggy with the Colombian acrylic yarn I just bought, I used a 1,60mm crochet hook, inside I put cotton wadding type, the eyes are safety eyes. The basic crochet stitches allow us to make beautiful amigurumis and very easy to make. The difference between this one and some others I have knitted is that I started several of its parts with 7 single crochet stitches and not with 6 stitches as I usually do. I loved the whole process and it took me almost 3 hours just knitting it.
