Cómo cada lunes, es grato estar por acá compartiendo contenido con ustedes; el día de ayer se celebró el día de la madre, y siempre tratamos de hacerle a nuestras mamás un regalo 🎁 especial ese día especial, es cierto que podemos ir al mercado y comprar algo bonito, pero, creo que tiene más valor si lo hacemos nosotros mismos!
En mi caso no sabía que regalarle a mi mamá, y, recordé que la había escuchado varias veces decir que casi no tiene faldas porque ha engordado un poco, jejejejeje, y las que tiene no le sirven, así que, me dispuse a diseñar una para hacerla y regalarle, escogí el color azul marino, que es el uniforme de nuestra iglesia, y la hice en tela Beverly.
La falda es lisa, y añadí botones y bolsillos en la parte delantera, el resultado fué hermoso, a mi mami le gustó mucho su regalo, tengo planeado hacerle otras más, estoy trabajando en el modelo, jejeje.
Veamos el paso a paso:

In my case I didn't know what to give my mom, and, I remembered that I had heard her several times say that she almost doesn't have skirts because she has put on a little weight, hehehehehehehe, and the ones she has don't fit her, so, I set out to design one to make and give her, I chose the navy blue color, which is the uniform of our church, and I made it in Beverly fabric.
The skirt is plain, and I added buttons and pockets on the front, the result was beautiful, my mommy liked her gift, I plan to make her more, I am working on the model, hehehe.

Tomando como medida una falda en uso, y ampliando 1,5cm de cada lado, corte la parte trasera y delantera de la falda.
Taking as a measurement a skirt in use, and extending 1.5cm on each side, cut the back and front of the skirt.
En la parte delantera cosi una tira de unos 2 centímetros de grosor en todo el largo de la falda, luego pegué los botones encima.
Pegué además un bolsillo tipo parche en cada extremo, y cosi la pretina.
On the front I sewed a strip about 2 centimeters thick along the length of the skirt, then glued the buttons on top.
I also glued a patch pocket on each end, and sewed the waistband.
Por último, hice un dobladillo en el ruedo.
Finally, I hemmed the hem.
Así quedó lista la falda para mi hermosas madre!
