This seems familiar....
Last year, I built a smokehouse, and it changed my life. Now, it looks like another life is changing. We help some friends butcher almost 700 chickens today, and tomorrow they want to smoke some. The problem was that the smokehouse was only started.
I figured while we were killing birds, we might as well kill two with one stone. After the butchering and processing was done, it was off to the smokehouse project to get it ready for tomorrow. It still needed a racking system, a door, purlins, an adjustable vent, and some other things. When I left, it only needed hinges and a roof to be functional. Can't wait to taste it in action.
