BUILDING A SPACE FOR ARTISTIC DEVELOPMENT [ENG/ESP]
Hello HIVE, I hope everyone is feeling very well, resting from a very productive week.
Hola HIVE espero que todos se encuentren muy bien, descansando de una semana muy productiva.
For a year now I have been collaborating on a project called Creative Macolla in the community of La Pastora in the city of Caracas, Venezuela. The project has an artistic residency that allows artists to develop artistic projects and workshops in the capital. from the country; Now we are remodeling the basement of the residence to adapt it and create several workshops where different artistic disciplines can be developed such as screen printing, silography, metal engraving, the space has two ovens that will allow work with ceramics and vitrofusion, is going to be a space for artistic development at a higher level; We are currently finishing organizing and rebuilding the floors, there was a lot of paraphernalia and garbage in the place, after doing a great cleaning and separating the materials that can be used in the future in the creative process, we organized it in a space at the back of that room, that basement has two rooms and there is a bathroom that we will soon enable, for now we have the floors finished, we just need to clean and then paint the walls and floors, we want to get creative with the space to create a very cognitively inspiring and facilitating the flow of ideas. I will soon be publishing the new progress of the basement, I want to start increasing my knowledge by developing skills in graphics and ceramics, I love ART; I hope you like this post, good vibes.
Desde hace un año estoy colaborando en un proyecto llamado Macolla creativa en la comunidad de La Pastora en la ciudad de caracas, venezuela, el proyecto cuenta con una residencia artistica que permite a los artistas desarrollar proyectos artisticos y talleres en la capital del pais; ahora estamos remodelando el sotano de la residencia para adaptarlo y crear varios talleres en donde se pueda desarrollar diferentes disiplinas artisticas como la serigrafia, silografia, el grabado en metales, el espacio cuenta con dos hornos que permitiran hacer trabajos con ceramica y vitrofusion, va a ser un espacio para el desarrollo artistico a un nivel superior; actualmente estamos terminando de ordenar y reconstruir los pisos, en el lugar habia mucha parafernalia y basura, luego de hacer una gran limpieza y separar los materiales que nos puedan servir a futuro en el proceso creativo, le dimos orden en un espacio al fondo de esa habitacion, ese sotano cuenta con dos habitaciones y hay un baño que pronto vamos a habilitar, por ahora ya tenemos los pisos culminados, solo hace falta limpiar y luego pintar las paredes y los pisos, queremos ponernos creativos con el espacio para crear un ambiente muy inspirador cognitivamente y facilitar el fluir de las ideas. pronto estare publicando los nuevos avances del sotano, ya quiero comenzar a incrementar mis conocimientos desarrollando las habilidades en grafica y ceramica, me encanta el ARTE; espero que este post sea de su agrado, buenas vibras.
