¡Hola Hola Comunidad! ✨, en el mes de febrero les traje la publicación de decoración de mi agenda, como bien lo dije en ese post, éste año quería realizar algo distinto y más creativo con las portadas de los meses, a fin de hacerla diferente al año 2023 y también para darle una vista más llamativa, y que en general reflejara más mi forma de ser un tanto colorida. La verdad es que cuando me plantee ésta idea realmente pensé que solo lo lograría con el mes de Enero y Febrero 🤣, pero resulta que he encontrado que hacer las portadas no solo es divertido sino que me ayuda a lidiar con la ansiedad 💕, aparte he decido hacerlas temáticas y eso ha hecho que el proceso sea más divertido, así que hoy les muestro cómo he decorado las portadas del mes de Marzo, Abril y Mayo ✨.

The truth is that when I came up with this idea I really thought that I would only achieve it with the month of January and February 🤣, but it turns out that I have found that making the covers is not only fun but it helps me to deal with anxiety 💕, besides I have decided to make them thematic and that has made the process more fun, so today I show you how I have decorated the covers of the month of March, April and May ✨.

- Pega (y en mi caso pincel).
- Tijeras.
- Paciencia, creativa y quizás un poquito de ansiedad 🤭.

Lo primero que hice fue buscar los temas que quería para cada portada, a diferencia de la portada de Enero que realmente fue de elementos random, la de Febrero fue con temática del día del amor y la amistad, así que para el resto de meses decidí hacerlas con temáticas, con Marzo específicamente estuve bastante dudosa porque al inicio no se me venía nada a la mente, hasta que mi cabeza decidió conectar neuronas y recordé que justamente se trataba del mes de la mujer. Con ésta idea en mente me fuí a Pinterest a buscar ideas y dibujos que pudiese hacer en la portada, al final me quedé con los mas sencillos y le asigne a éste mes el color rosa y morado, siendo éste último característico del movimiento feminista. Para todos los elementos de dibujo que incorporo, incluyendo el nombre del mes, siempre hago lo mismo, buscar la imagen en formato para dibujo, calquearla con lápiz, remarcar con lapicero o marcador de punta fina, colorear y finalmente recortar en forma de sticker.
The first thing I did was to look for the themes I wanted for each cover, unlike January's cover which was really random elements, February's was with the theme of the day of love and friendship, so for the rest of the months I decided to do them with themes, with March specifically I was quite doubtful because at the beginning nothing came to my mind, until my head decided to connect neurons and I remembered that it was precisely the month of women. With this idea in mind I went to Pinterest to look for ideas and drawings that I could do on the cover, in the end I stayed with the simplest ones and assigned to this month the colour pink and purple, the latter being characteristic of the feminist movement. For all the drawing elements that I incorporate, including the name of the month, I always do the same, find the image in drawing format, trace it with pencil, highlight it with a pen or fine tip marker, colour it in and finally cut it out as a sticker.
El mes de Abril fue fácil en cuanto a la elección del tema, para el momento en que hice la portada de Marzo y Abril (que fueron las que hice juntas), yo recién acababa de leer el libro de Fabricante de Lágrimas, y sabía que el estreno de su película sería a inicios del mes de Abril, así que la temática de dicho mes estuvo orientada justamente a ésta historia, los dos elementos más característicos para mí de éste libro fue la rosa negra que le regaló el protagonista masculino a la protagonista femenina, y las mariposas que es más o menos la traducción que se le da al apodo que él utiliza con ella, así que con ésto claro lo que hice fue que al buscar las imágenes traté de dimensionarlas de modo que la rosa ocupara la mayor parte de la portada, pero que ésta no opacara a las mariposas, fue un diseño bastante sencillo pero que cumplió con el objetivo de tematizar ésta historia en la portada del mes de Abril.
The month of April was easy in terms of the choice of theme, by the time I did the cover of March and April (which were the ones I did together), I had just finished reading the book of Fabricante de Lágrimas, and I knew that the premiere of his film would be at the beginning of April, so the theme of that month was oriented precisely to this story, the two most characteristic elements for me of this book was the black rose that the male protagonist gave to the female protagonist, and the butterflies that is more or less the translation that is given to the nickname that he uses with her, so with this clear what I did was that when looking for the images I tried to size them so that the rose occupied most of the cover, but that it didn't overshadow the butterflies, it was a quite simple design but that fulfilled the objective of theming this story in the cover of the month of April.
Ahora bien, el mes de mayo fue sumamente fácil en cuanto a la elección del tema, la tercera temporada de Bridgerton se estrena el 16 de dicho mes y obviamente su portada debía estar enfocada en ésto, sin embargo encontrar los elementos que quería en la portada sí de hicieron un tanto difíciles, mas que nada porque al buscar inspiración me salían dibujos que yo sabía que no podría realizar, sin embargo la solución que le dí fue pensar en elementos alusivos a la historia que se contará en ésta temporada, y usar en la paleta de colores, los respectivos tonos de las dos casa protagonistas, la casa Bridgerton y la casa Featherington, además que no podían faltar las abejas típicas de la serie y el logo de nuestra columnista favorita 🤭🤭. Siempre antes de pegar los dibujos, los coloco sobre el papel de la agenda para saber como los quiero distribuir, a veces hago un boceto con lápiz pero otras veces solo lo dejo en mi imaginación y conforme con eso busco los dibujos, y para asegurarme que quede bien pegados, utilizo pega blanca normal y la distribuyo con pincel ✨.
Now then, the month of May was extremely easy in terms of choosing the theme, the third season of Bridgerton premieres on the 16th of that month and obviously its cover should be focused on this, however finding the elements I wanted on the cover was a bit difficult, mostly because when I was looking for inspiration I was getting drawings that I knew I couldn't do, however the solution I gave was to think of elements allusive to the story that will be told in this season, and use in the colour palette, the respective tones of the two main houses, the Bridgerton house and the Featherington house, plus the typical bees of the series and the logo of our favourite columnist 🤭🤭. Always before sticking the drawings, I place them on the diary paper to know how I want to distribute them, sometimes I make a pencil sketch but other times I just leave it in my imagination and according to that I look for the drawings, and to make sure they are well glued, I use normal white glue and distribute it with a brush ✨.
